Initial deposit of 50% due to confirm a reservation. This amount is fully refundable until 90 days prior to stay. After 90 days it is 50% refundable until 30 days when it is no longer refundable. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit equal to one night's rate must be made along with final payment. Security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of stay if no damage is noted.
If a change of date or cancellation is needed you may use the paid deposits on a future stay when there is open availability.
